We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated beauty professionals with a full time qualified beauty therapist. With a wide range of beauty treatments on offer at our salons, we’re looking for a well-rounded individual with a passion for all aspects of their career.

We believe in investing in our staff, as well as rewarding them for their hard work. In this role, you can expect discounts on Álainn Beauty Rooms products and treatments, alongside a competitive salary. You’ll also earn commission on any products you sell after a 6 month period . We provide training opportunities for our team and present opportunities to grow within our company.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Professional, high-standard qualifications in all aspects of beauty.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
• Experience in the following treatments: Gel Nails, Waxing including Specialized waxing , tanning, facial treatments . Lashes are a bonus.
• Ability to upsell treatments and products to customers;
• Excellent customer care and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills with customers and the team;
• Flexible hours including weekend work;
• An interest in the Beauty industry and a desire to grow together within the company.

We expect all our team members to deliver high-quality treatments with a friendly and respectful approach. A very high standard of hygiene is an important part of health & safety that we take seriously at Álainn Beauty Rooms to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
